- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@yabastore.com with your order number and reason.
- We respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item and drop it at any post office or courier point.
- Once received, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
